I managed to source one by part number from a dealer on the east coast 6 months ago or so, but he did tell me I was very lucky and he never imagined actually having it in stock. Call around, here's some part numbers for you.
08P35-SR0-100F - 2/3 door (92-95 OEM Nose mask)
08P35-SR1-100F - 4 door (92-95 OEM Nose mask)
This is for the hood section of the full mask ONLY, not the entire bumper cover section. Replace the F at the end with a G if you want the entire front end mask. It is critical to perfect fitment that you purchase the correct Nose Mask, a 4 door mask will fit a 2/3 door but it will not be perfect and will have wrinkles.
You want fitment like this.

You'll probably have to call 10+ places before you find someone that even has the part number in the system any more. eBay and the marketplace are your best bet.
And FYI, I tried ordering those part numbers Via every online Honda parts store I could find...and they all called me back letting me know they could not locate the part any more.
