Exedy 3 puck ceramic thin and clutch masters flywheel this set up is money your h22 will rev like a ferrari. The clutch is kinda hard at first but you get used too it.
I have an 8lb Fidanza flywheel and a stage 1 Zoom(Re branded Fidanza) clutch. Clutch definitely has more bite than a stock one, but still very easy to drive.
thanx for that "preludebeast94" but where do you think i can find that nd how much would it be ?
nd since im changing the flywheel do you think i should change the clutch too ?

If you are gonna change you flywheel you may as well go ahead and change the clutch while you are in there. I would also recommend change your rear main seal while its apart! That way you wont have to change it later.
As far as clutch flywheel combo, i have the XACT 8lb flywheel with an exedy stage 2 clutch and this setup is pretty nice. I wish the clutch had a little more "bite" to it but i will get a better clutch later when i have a little more power under the hood. My setup was $450+ shipping just to give you an idea of the cost.

Any of your local performance shops can order them, or get online the clutch part number is 08952. When I got mine it was like $300 and the flywheel was $350. Those paired up with a quaif lsd was money probobly my favorite upgrade.
Just for the record. The lighter the flywheel the faster you will accelerate. At the same time the lighter the flywheel the faster your RPMs drop inbetween shifts. The opposit can be said about the heavier flywheel.
i just put in an exedy oem with a fidanza 8lb fw and it feels almost like stock. I have to rev a little higher for 1st and 2nd but other than that it feels the same. Grabs fairly well though..
a flywheel is not going to fix a "soft" clutch....whatever that means.
sounds to me like you have a clutch hydraulic problem that needs to be addressed before you go wasting hundreds of dollars on parts that wont fix the problem.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
I KNEW I would come into this thread and see most of the posts with worthless info in it. It's amazing how people like this can come off acting like they know what they're talking about. LOL!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, he needs a 3 puck clutch for a stock H22. Oh, and it's going to allow the engine to rev that much more, huh? LOL

Good advice.
If you do need a new clutch, an OEM Exedy/equivalent clutch is perfect for you. You will not benefit from a Stage 2 + clutch. A lightweight flywheel isn't necessary but not a bad idea.

step one- check clutch fluid.
step two- hold clutch pedal down, look for any leaks (if fluid was low) look around slave/master cyl or any oil film. also look for a kinked clutch line anywhere.
step three-inspect around clutch damper for leakage.
step four- possibly a spring came off your clutch pedal bracket, it happened to my friend and he complained of a "soft pedal".
step five-check your pressure plate springs, and your clutch disc for damage.
like was said before a soft clutch feel will not be caused by a flywheel. if you have to replace your clutch a light weight flywheel is a great time to upgrade tho!
good luck finding your problem, and if you do want to get a new clutch and flywheel, i have a fidanza 2.1 kevlar clutch with the light weight flywheel, good combo for a lightly modified engine

I like my Exedy stage 2 thin disk and Fidanza 8lb, but I didn't pay anything over $400 shipped for both of them.
Though I really doubt a flywheel has anything to do with a 'soft' clutch like has been said.

So how does a Ferrari rev?
