are 10000K and 12000K HID's legal in Connecticut??

i highly doubt it.... check your lighting laws.

plus you won't get very good output with those bulbs.

i think u should be ok, i doubt u guys are more strict then ny, i mean in ny they gettin really strict with the dark blue hids, but besides does u good out here

If you have a plug and play kit, it's already illegal. Doesn't meet DOT and SAE standards.
All OEM hid uses 4300k. Even 6000k is "off-road use" ither then germany.
