Default Getting an s2000...good deal?

I can't help but ask if a stock silver 2001 s2000 with 100,000 miles is a good deal for 11,500. Im movin up from a gsr, so i kinda need to upgrade to a diff platform, which im not too familiar with even from researching the forums. i have to think about the rebuild process if applicable, and repaint, keeping in mind the asking price. Let me know what you guys think.

lowball em for the fact that the top has plastic window. if it's glass window, check out the motor. 94k here and my engine bay is still spotless, the only thing I probably need to get money ready for is clutch change.

i've seen them for $10,500 when the mileage is over 100k. S2k's don't seem to hold their value well. similar year & mileage Miatas are only $2-3k less. so used S2k's are great deals since you're getting a better car vs. a Miata.

So that's why i can't sell mine. '03 with 38k with HT for $19ishK is being a bit greedy.
