im planning on doing a sleeper build and keeping the stock 13" steelies. are there any street tires out there that are any good in 13" sizes? the only ones that look promising are the sumitomo htr200's. No R comps., or drag radials please. these are going on an 1991 civic dx hatch btw.

That Sumitomo tire is the only summer tire the Tire Rack sells in 13" sizes, and it's not very good. Even the best all-season tires don't come in 13" sizes, either.
