gap between pressure plate and flywheel?
hey i just did a clutch in my d16z6 and when i was tightening my tranny back up to the engine i noticed this

the red is the dowl pin
the green is the gap
the yellow is the bolt
i tightened the bolts that go from the pressure plate to the flywheel to honda specs then noticed there was still about a 1/8 inch gap between the pressure plate and flywheel but im not sure if its supposed to be like that or if i gotta pull the tranny and tighten them up further?
thanks in advance mangs

Make sure you have everything lined up right, if you do, then your fine, but if its out of alignment, you can really screw up the clutch. Take it apart, check it twice, then put it back together.

Both. Use a clutch alignment tool for the splines. Make sure that all the dowel pins go into their respective locations. The pressure plate only fits in ONE orientation onto the flywheel.
