Maintence required for 06 EX @ 29k?
Quick question,
A buddy to their car in for a CEL it was throwing, and the dealer wants to do a service on it @ 29k.
"fuel treatment" and "other required things" - to a tune of $445. Sounds fishy, right?

a CEL or a maintenence minder light?
Ask your buddy to look in his manual for a 30k mile service and see what is required.

It was a CEL - he brought it in just for that. (not the service reminder)

in cabin(pollution) filter change
brake fluid change
tranny fluid change
lube, check stuff
445 sounds a little high but it depends on that dealers pricing. I think it should be in the low-mid 300 range.

Yup, agreed. Major rapage. Its supposed to be in the 250-300 range. Thanks guys!

445 is a bit high, i'll get back to you with wat my dealer charges @ $90 an hr..
