new here with a few questions
Hey guys this is my first post but I've been lurking for a while now. In october I bought a 92 prelude si with a jdm f22b swapped into it. I have an aem cold air intake, upgraded fuel rail, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, ported factory exhaust manifold, full custom built side exit exhaust, pretty extensive weight reduction (rear shelf cut out, interior behind front seats stripped, ect.) Eibach sportline springs on kyb shocks, camber kit, front strut tower brace, and a 4 point roll bar that I'll be upgrading to an 8 point in the near future. I am looking to make a little more power and was thinking about a custom turbo setup, but the cost and my budget has deterred me a little as I want to do it right and not cheap out. So I've been considering a nitrous setup, and was wondering how big of a shot I can safely run on my stock motor? Also how much would I actually gain from upgrading to a real header over my ported manifold? Thank you guys in advance, and I should have pictures up as soon as it stops snowing.
Start with the Prelude FAQs at the top of the page, and a real header can get you a lot more power than a ported stock header...never even heard of anyone doing that before.
I'm no nitrous expert but I'm sure you can do a 100 shot or more with the right setup.

thank you for the information I appreciate it! I'll probably be picking up a header in the next few weeks then, I just have to research and pick which one first. Yeah I've seen people spraying 100 shots on h23 motors, and mine is almost the same motor (same head anyways), just want to make sure before I do it. As soon as I get some good pictures I'll be sure to put them in the picture thread.
