Help!!! Brake Light/turn signal problems! 2000accord/ex/v6
my brake lights on my 2000 accord EX V6 are very weak and when i step on the brake my turn signals stop working. I replaced the light bulbs but they are still weak. What the heck is wrong?

battery is good. i tested the fuses and they were good. i tested the relay(turn signals), its new. and replaced the light bulbs.. still got no clue. however, there is a black module on the trunk where all the cable go to and from the rear lights, dont know the name, could that be the problem?
