I have a 98 civic ex with aftermarket tyc black projectors

i want to convert to HID

after researching, ive found retrofitting is too complicated to do myself and too expensive to have someone else do it

i want to know what is a good hid kit to get and where to get it from

i also need advice on how to install (like where to mount the ballasts)
and what all i would need for the aftermarket lights (my friend bought a kit and it was the wrong size and didnt fit in his aftermarket lights)

i want bright white/blueish light

without putting actual HID projectors into your housings, you're not going to have as great of a light output using the ebay projectors. You're better off swapping the projectors out
