Don't do any research before buying something.

Seriously.

Ignore the Accord FAQ

Ignore Tokico's website info

Ignore Google results

Check out TheMuffinMan 's suspension thread in the accord FAQ'S. He covers EVERYTHING regarding upgrading your accords suspension.

He may seem like a dick, but he knows what hes talking about..

And the FAQ thread started by iam7head is a must read as well. It's down near the bottom, titled Basic Guide for Accords, it's under the General heading in the FAQ's. It's a good overall write up.

you have to look at it this way...

people get tired of answering the same questions over and over and over and over and... you get the point. So we now have an FAQ to address those questions as well as other useful info.

There is also a basic guide to accords which Ghost is referring to, that is there for people to get an idea of what basic mods are out there and different things they can do to their Accord to start out.

When people just choose to not search a topic that been discussed multiple times, it's annoying but happens mostly with new members. but when someone chooses to just ignore the stickies (at the top of the forum and easy to find) that people have put time into building, it tends to really irritate some people.

So his response may have been sarcastic but IMO not harsh enough to warrant calling him a dick or an ***.

I'll admit that when someone posts a thread that could have been easily answered just by a quick look through the FAQ I sometimes get very irritated. I spent time compiling links to start the thread and continue to add to that thread so when someone just ignores it I sometimes get upset. It's frustrating.

So out of curiousity.

Did you actually look at the Accord FAQ?

There's a section for "Suspension"

And there's one that links to an excellent thread on accordinglydone.com.

Did you bother going to Tokico's site? Or another vendor's site after googling?

Or did you just go to ebay, find the cheapest suspension that had a pretty picture, then hot linked it in a thread here with absolutely no research at all?

I'd wager you did the last one - which is why I responded how I did.

And on the camber kit question you DEFINITELY didn't search for several reasons
1) 1.25" is minimal
2) they're optional anyways
3) I know I've said #2 in about 400 threads recently
etc

So if you still think I'm a dick, that's fine. I think you're a complete retard if you didn't do any research before buying suspension. Not like your life depends on it or anything.

Guide to basic accords: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/797528

read it.

You don't need a camber kit with a 1.25 drop, just get an alignment.

Tokico blues aren't that great, but if thats all you can afford, go for it.

what needs to be updated?

tokico blues are fine for just daily driving. I had them on my Accord (bought with them on there), they are on my Civic (again bought with them on there) and they have done just fine for daily driving. The Accord had Eibach Pro-Kit springs (1.2" drop) and I liked the ride. No camber kit, had an alignment and got tires rotated and balanced every other oil change.
