i have a d16z6 with a skunk2 intake manifold....i put on a b16a2 throttle body to match the intake manifold inlet size....now when i start up the car, it has a really low idle, (it is freezing here in wisconsin 20 degrees) it will kinda sputter and what not until it gets hot, then it will idle fine. would it matter if i used an obd2 throttle body on an obd1 motor?

 

Just my two cents..
I would think it would work alright if all the sensors match up with the wiring harness. Can u take the sensors off of your original throttle body and install them on your new TB?
