Default Hammered on stock springs

I decided to put stock springs back on my 91 hatch, and after lowering the car back down it is tucking 14's and practically laying frame. I got the springs from my friend, and he cant remember exactly what they are off of, but he knows they are either CRX or EG springs. I dont know if they were EG springs if they would cause this problem, but I know my shocks arent blown, and everything is assembled properly, at least I am assuming. I am under the impression that the springs with the more open coils go on the front, and the tighter coils in the rear. The bushings didnt fall out of the top hat, the metal dust boot things are on.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Edit: Just took a measurement, and the front and rear springs are roughly 12.75-13" long

Are both the front and the rear of the car really low? Or is it just one end? Try to take pictures of the shock assembly and the upper mount area (installed on the car and car sitting on the ground).
