Extremely violent window shaking at higher speeds...
Okay so I still have a serious problem. Yesterday while on the highway I was late for an interview (ya boy is trying to go corporate) so I dropped to 4th gear and at around 85 or so my window starting shaking extremely hard and fast and loud. I mean so much so it literally scared the crap outta me. So I put it in neutral and it still kept going for a lil bit till I slowed down. I put it in 5th and wanted to accelerate to a higher speed again to see if it happened. This time around 80 it started to happen in fifth gear. I mean so much shaking that my rear view mirror was going crazy. I think it was moreso the top o of my window. (Talking about the front window) and it persisted so I slowed down. At this point i'm hella scared so i'll stay within the limit but the threshold at which it started, started to drop. So what i'm saying is I slowed down to 60 cuz I was hella scared. Limit was 65 so okay 10 over is 75 I'll just do that and be late. When I got to around 75 it started again. Slowed down, okay i'll do 70. Got to around there and it started again. I could barely do the speed limit without it shaking. WHAT THE FRENCH TOAST!
Now what I do know is it's not the window. This happened a couple years ago. Since then I've had the windshield replaced, still happens. It's not the engine or motor mounts as it happened in the past and since I've had my motor swapped. I was thinking maybe it's some kinda of harmonic resonance since I've my muffler put on. But again this happened when I was stock now that I think about it. It's not the tires out of rotation, or anything suspension related. Again it's JUST my window that gets all violent on me. Nothing else. The car still accelerates and drives/feels fine.
I'm honestly completely stumped. This doesn't happen all the time, just maybe half the time. Maybe it's some kinda aerodynamic thing with my moon roof visor? I really have ABSOLUTELY no freaking idea. Any suggestions/ input?

so your saying only the windshield shakes and thats it?, you cant feel it in the seat or dash?
Check the bottom of the windshield under the cowl, air possibly getting under it ????
I had a nasty shake at about 65 but it was a bad ball joint

Yes the rest of the car feels fine. It's just the window that go absolutely apeshit. Ideas? I don't think is getting under although I could be wrong cuz it happened with 2 windshields.
something has to be loose on the windshield. any vibration from the muffler would be deadened by #1 the rubber exhaust hangers #2 the flex pipe, #3 the motor mounts
Talk to me my jigga. Does this happen to you at a higher speed? Also does it only happen some of time like me? It's really loud and fierce right? Did you solve it?
