Get the FSM like I suggested and look at the instructions.
Basically, here's what's involved:
1) Drain trans fluid
2) Remove axles
3) Remove starter and peripherals (clutch cable, reverse sensor, VSS, etc.)
4) Unbolt trans
5) Drop trans
Of course, it's much more complicated than that when you actually do it.
If this is your first time, plan on it taking at least a full day of your time. Get a transmission jack and somebody to help you.
