It's your typical eBay brand cold air intake. The filtering element is garbage, and since there's really no benefit to buying bolt-on's with a D17, it's pretty much just a general waste of $70+ (including a decent filtering element, even more).

Well, AutoPartsWarehouse deals with Chinese bulk manufacturers, so they can save money when they sell parts. It's the same with companies distributing parts on eBay.

If you're trying to go for performance, there's really no need for it, just so you know.

get the cheapest intake sri cai what ever and get a filter from a autoparts store like ame or a k&N if you wanna splurge.
i got a orange one made by....phbt i dunno but its big and orange and it dosent need oil and you can rinse it clean. since nothing really gives you power gains all you really need is the piping i got mine with the car "it wasnt installed" threw the filter it came with out and got a better one i think it was 12 bucks on ebay.
Theres absolutely no reason to spend any more then 20 bucks on intake piping all that fujita crap and aem ame what ever is just a waste. On another car itd be worth it but not this little bastard. If you have one of these whatever intakes that i mentioned and you paid full price please dont be insulted. but i dont think the quality of intake piping is a issue with....well pipes. maybe maf sensor placement is better.
