EM1 front right tire shakes?

i put new lower front balljoints...and what i needed..will a bad balljoint from the camberkit affect my driveing?????

Nothing affects your driving but you but it will affect the cars ability to handle. It may also permit the knuckle to come off of the vehicle, taking the axle and perhaps a tie rod end with it.
