i need to take the door panel off my 92 vx but cant figure out how to take the
"hand crank" to roll the windows down can anyone help ?

 

theres a little c clip behindthe handle that you have to remove. its a piain in the a$$. push on your door panel a little bit so you have a gap in between the window crank and door panel then you take a flat head srcew driver and push the c clip out. carefull and dont lose it. it should be a gold color. good luck

 

Behind the handle there is a C clip type thing. . Just pop that off and the handle will slide off. I ussaly use a skinny flat head screw driver.

Maybe another tool will work better for you.

I fvckin hate that clip. I usually use a piece of sturdy wire that's hooked at one end to get it out.

 

Use a rag and pull it between the panel and the handle and it should grab the clip and you just pull down, Works for me . Or buy the tool at the parts store for this its like $10
