Ok Iam trying to take out the rubber padding on the firewall. I could only get part...so I took the dash apart. Well the dash wont come off cause the wheel is in the way...how do I do it. Next under the passenger side there is a big black thing. What is it and how do I take it out so I can get the rest of the rubber padding. Thanks for the help

Well yah no **** but how. I have heard you need a special tool to do it? Also what the hell is the big black thing under the glove compartment?? Is that the air conditioner compressor. Thanks for the help

Not the A/C compressor, but rather the blower for the heater a/c system.

 

so if I want to take out the a/c. Where is it and how do I go about doing that. Thanks

its hard to do. theres a **** load of nuts you have to take off from the inside. the harderst part is the two rubber hoses that connect to the heater core from the engine bay. another hose is the steel one that connect to the a/c under your dash. if you pull and pull and nothing happens, chances are that there are still some nuts you have to take off.
