Default Milk Shake in COolant Reservoir

I have a 1999 Honda Accord LX ulev automatic with 180,000 miles.
During an oil change, noted that the engine oil level was really low. Checked the engine bay, saw the coolant reservoir tank have a brownish white milkshake coolant...

Drained the coolant and performed engine oil change. DId a compresison test. Got 150psi accross all 4 cylinders. Ran the engine for 100 miles and checked oil and coolant. End Result: the same MIlkshake in the reservoir and 1/3 less oil in the engine.

I need to know how to rule out a cracked block????
This can't be a head gasket...b/c:
-engine not overheating
-no coolant in oil
-compression test results are consistant

Does this make sense? Any HONDA TECH want to chime in with a TSB for f23a crack blocks???

I don't know if there is a TSB out for them but yeah, f23 blocks crack. Right between the water jacket and the pressurized oil galley in the block.I had one. there have been a few others on here as well.

180k is late though. most happen before that.

Thank you for contributing to the thread...

For one thing...I don't buy the blown head gasket... My compression test results are too consistent... Another thing, I'm not seeing any coolant in my engine oil....

This has to be a crack block...

Mileage is insignificant... I've heard of blocks cracking @ 120,000 miles...

ANY HONDA TECHS out there???

I will say that the HIGHEST mileage I've heard any TSB covering was 155k, so even if there was one at 180k it probably wouldn't cover ya.

Or are you just looking for info on it?
