Default auto body question

okay.. so a couple of months ago my dc2 integra got hit because a truck backed into it. it left a 9inch by 8 inch dent in my driverside rear quarter panel, that was a couple inches deep. the next day i banged it out, but there are still a couple of uneven spots in it as well as paint chipping. I am trying to prep mar car for paint and this area could be a bit of a problem. I don't know to much about bondo or autobody in general. Any ideas or suggestions?? let me know

knock down all the high points, sand to the metal with coarse grit paper.

use body filler to fill all area, block, do a skim coat and guide coat and block it.

easy fix just need alot of sanding

block as sanding a large surface down with a contour tool(a block, as body block, not lego or milk case)
