Here the problem. Car cranks but won't turn over. Car was fin last night, but i wake up this morning to make a run and it will not start.

Here's a diagnostic:
Battery seems like it has lots of juice
fuel is getting to the fuel rail (but it seems that's as far as it goes)
gas is low but not empty
Fuel pump is functional (i can hear when it kicks in)

need help desperately....any help is greatly appreciated

car is a 1999 Honda Accord Coupe with minor mods including MSD ignition which worked flawlessly since day one.

 

car cranks but wont turn over? Does the starter kick in at all? Not really understanding what you meant.

 

got it....battery was pumpin super low amperage...
