Default Home TIG machine.

I swear there was a thread about this but i cant seem to find it. Im in the mood for buying a nice TIG machine for the house. any suggetions?

unless you can find one used add about another 450 to it and get a syncrowave200 from
indiana oxygen company good machine and should handle anything you do at home IOC on ebay

+1. Either that or look for a used Dynasty 200DX (not sure how much they run used, but they are awesome little machines ).

Thermal Dynamics 185 TSW hands down best bang for the buck inverter machine. $2000-$2200 brand new with a 3 year warranty.

im thinking about getting a used MILLER SYNCROWAVE 250 if i can found one.
What do u guys think about this machine?

I love em'. It's what we have at work and we have some that are very old and running like new. If you can front the cash, get a water cooled setup so you don't burn your fingers replacing tungsten : P

yeha so i got it down to a 180 or the 250. idk which one yet

We just picked up a new Syncrhowave 200, its very nice, although I haven't really spent any time using it yet.
