Default Door panels

How is the cloth part held on to the door panel? I was thinking of taking of the stock fabric on the arm rest part and replacing it w/ suade of somthing else? Do those pieces come off easy once I have the door panel off?

They're plastic welded on from the back with little studs. We pull them off all the time at our in-house upholstery shop. It works best if you use some sort of dremel or rough sanding disk and grind off just enough to allow the panel to come off leaving as much stud as possible. once you re-wrap the panel we use 1/4-20 pan head allen screws to re-attach the inserts. That can get a little expensive, but it's a good way to do it.

Get a soldering iron from radio shack, heat it up on 30. Melt the plastic rings right off. It takes 10 minutes. Very easy.
