So I have a 1995 civic HB and there was a engine swap done so it has a b16a in it now. its been running fine. then one day it stopped. spark cylinder one had lots of oil in it. so i put new gaskets on the valve cover and around the plug holes cleaned the NGK PLUGS and Wires. still would not start so i changed the ignitor in the dissy. still nothing. i changed the cap and rotor. still nothing. please anybody help me.......

 

have you check the main relay

 

Did you say the spark plug had oil on it? Have you tried a new headgasket?

 

Have you been down the list: fuel, air, spark? Let us known what you dont have.

 

no spark. at all.

 

yes checked the main relay its good
