i built an h23 and boosted it and got ripped off on ebay..i bought a used emanage and tryed to use it a couple months later..the thing is expletiveed it wont work..so im out of money and i have no ems..can i get a good enough tune on 6lbs with a t3 on my stock pcm?

You should be able to do it with a SAFC.
We made almost 300whp@10psi with just a VAFC+DSM 440's on my friends VTEC.
