Default My beat up 96 Civic EX. Needs some TLC. Story and Pics

So I bought this car from my boss cause we are cool like that.
I bought it somewhere around October last year and it had a few things wrong with it. It definately needed a new paint job (clear coat was peeling off), few dents and dings, and no regulator in the passenger side door. Plans were made for a paintjob and the window was scheduled to go in the car the NEXT DAY, when trajedy struck....
I spent 2 hours cleaning my car before I went to work and during that time I made a mistake. When I took the floormats out to vacuum and then put them back in they curled and were not in the ideal spot. So I drive to work which is literally a minute drive from my house and get there fine. After work I got in the car and pulled out of the parking lot and my floormat got stuck over my accelerator, but I didn't know it. All I knew what my car was floored and stuck that way. To make a long story short, I ran out of parking lot and pulled left and hit a curb and did a 180 and hit one of those poles that hold handicapped signs and yea...you will see the pics. Now I know you guys are wondering, why o why did I not slap it into nuetral or turn the car off or pull the E-brake...and my answer is cause I wasn't thinking. lol.
Well now its Feb 9 and I finally got my car back after like 2 months(the damage wasn't bad, just didn't care to get it back...lol). It's rolling and it's time to fix it up.

I'm not doing too much to the engine cause it's an automatic non vtec***** (****god forgive me for accidentally typing tech*)
I'm fixing the dents and all that stuff, slapping a new paint job on it and most likely sell it, depends on how good it turns out.

What has been fixed/added to date:
Rims-Rota Slips-15x6.5
Windshield is getting put in monday hopefully as well as passenger window.

Check the marketplace you might be able to find someone parting out doors and such. Also, check craigslist, it's gold! Ha ha, hope all works out for you!

Oh yeah, if you wanted to make your car a 5-speed and do a motor and tranny swap it is possible, so there is always that. I don't know how much you want to spend but I have heard the manual conversion isn't too bad on the pocket book.

My friends were telling me to do a tranny swap and motor swap but since I'm not very "car" savvy (aka. don't know much), I would have to pay someone to do everything and by the time I payed for labor and tranny and motor, I figured it would just be best to buy a GSR or something.

I could be wrong though.
What do yall suggest?
