which timing belt

d15b vtec head on d16y7 block, already searched, there's a link on HT for that but it says that i'm not allowed to enter there, WTF, simple answer will be great, should i use the d16y7 belt or the d15b one?

I've always heard "use the t-belt for the head/cam gear your using", because i think thats where the difference on teeth is and not the at the crank.
