are my fuel injectors suppose to be making knocking noises

No. Can you post a video so we can hear what you're talking about?

Also, are you sure that knocking noise isn't coming from inside your engine?

 

well i listened from where the sound was coming from and it was from behind my engine where the injectors were. and i did check to see if my engine was knocking with a stethoscope, unless i used it wrong. sorry but i wouldnt know how to upload a vid for you to see.

 

Can you relate the sound you're hearing to something else?

 

Is it knocking or more of a ticking sound?

 

its sort of a ticking sound and its louder than usual when my car wasnt overheating.
