CRV No Start

Problem: 2001 2wd CRV does not start, intermittent problem
Temperature: below 32F only
The vehicle will start, if the transmission is put into neutral and the vehicle pushed or allowed to roll a few feet, then put back into park.
Vehicle always starts when inside a garage and/or above 32F.
I'm thinking one or more of the interlocks, perhaps the ignition switch/interlock.
Any other exoeriences ? TSB's ? Advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Question "I bought it 5 days ago. Today for the first time, I drove it 15 miles straight (60 mph speed all the way) then parked it in the garage for 8 hours. 8 hrs later car won't start but horn, radio, CD, wiper, power windows are working. We jump started it just to be sure, still no luck.
Waited 15 minutes later, car started then 3 minutes later, I turned it off. It won't start again. Then few minutes later, it started so I decided to go home. 3 hours later I checked the car, it started.
My question is, why it won't start sometimes? Could it be the ignition? Car got 120 miles on it. Normal part of breaking it period?
Any idea?"
Answer:"The dealership spoke to the Honda tech. They said if the car does not start put it in nuetral and see if the car starts. I did this and it started. I just took the car in and they are changing the relay sensor. They said this happens because the car thinks its in reverse. By putting the car in Nuetral you overide the sensor."
