OK i heard about this a while ago dont know if its BS but AEM sold DC sports to APC (the ricer company) so now DC stopped makeing headers, DPs, exhausts, strut and lower tie bars i read about this at jdmuniverse.com as for your tie bar, try JHPUSA.com

or get an ASR or Beaks subframe kit and forget about the DC tie bar.

question, im thinking about pairing the ASR subframe with BEAKS subframe tie bar, will they work together well? or the ASR subframe is mainly use with the swaybar? thank you.

it would be useless to use the ASR kit with the Beaks tie bar as the ASR kit does both jobs in one, plus it helps to prevent tear out when using larger sway bars. Just get the ASR subframe kit and your golden.

when you say ASR subframe kit, do you mean just the long metal piece or both with the swaybar? also, if I do plan on getting a swaybar, is it possible to install the swaybar even tho the ASR subframe is already installed? thank you again.

Here is a quick link I found of the ASR kit.
http://www.passwordjdm.com/pro...D=436

That is what you would get

As for the sway bar install, yes you can install it with the ASR piece on there. That is the point of it. You are to use it with a sway bar.

Your welcome!

Just so you know, depending on which swaybar you go with it may hit on the muffler a bit. I still have the stock exhaust on there and I have the ASR kit and the Suspension Techniques sway bars, and the rear is really close to the muffler. At times I can hear it tapping it but it doesnt really bother me.

It mainly due to the ASR kit, because it moves the swaybar mounting point outwards a 1/2" or so due to the thickness of the subframe brace.

But no worries!!
