planning on doing a d-series to b-series swap

Default planning on doing a d-series to b-series swap

very common however i was wondering about putting a cable tranny in my hydro setup car, what are my options. sorry if this has been covered, i have searched and looked in faq's, if someone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

it would take quite a load of work to change it around, removing all the hydraulic components and exchange for the cable one. why not go with the hydro tranny? save you a ton of trouble.

^^^not to mention you will need a tranny mount. and then you will need a push pedal vs a pull pedal....

tryin to save some bucks i found a complete kit for 1495 that has motor, cable tranny, ecu, obd0 harness, and b-series shift linkage... if i can find the motor+ecu+harness+linkage kit and a hydro tranny id be stoked but ive had no such luck.

Yeah, but the time and money spent doing a hydro to cable conversion would negate any cost savings you think you may be getting.

i say keep searching. you'd be suprised at what you find @ 0300 in the morning surfing through the marketplace and craigslist..... well, at least i do....
