Default Ef 91 civic with DOHC ZC swap

Could you use any of the LS motor parts like cams, head, intake mani, and ECU?

Nope.

You can use an OBD-0 LS ECU, but it's not recommended.

The DOHC ZC is a D-series (hence the non-fitment of B-series parts), it never came in a USDM Integra.

This is a pretty common misconception.
