Default OEM Rebuild Q's?

I have spent a majority of my money on getting other things done on my car, came up short in the motor department, I don't have the dough for forged internals, so I was wondering if OEM b16 pistons, and rods would handle the stress of a 10-15psi turbo setup. Would shotpeening the rods help, replacing the main/rod bearings and rod bolts with aftermarket if they can fit on stock componets. I know people have made good reliable power on stock internal setups with lots of miles on them, so since this would be a fresh rebuild, with OEM parts wouldn't it be the same as a new motor in sense. I just need recommendations on the best way to make sure the motor is reliable as possible for my power goals. Motor is a b16 looking to make 320-350ish.

Oem B16a parts will work fine for that power level. As long as its tuned correctly and there is good parts used for the build. Just use stock rods and pistons, no shotpeening or any bullshit is needed. In fact, most places don't even shotpeen parts they just glass bead them, which does nothing.
