no heater
my crx doesn't have a heater wait it does but only #3 and #4 but it dont get hot. #1 and #2 does work. im not to sure what is wrong but my guess is that the blower is blown. can anyone help me.

my heater works but only on #3 and #4 but it doesn't blow out hot air. #1 and #2 does not work at all. I'm not sure what is wrong with it. (I hope this is a better written report for you. I even added periods.)

As far as the fan speed,
Your resistor is bad..
It is behind the glovebox as pictured here:
This valve has to be opened: (pushed toward the firewall)
And this valve under the passenger side dash also:
Your heater controller may be the problem..
