Default Aftermarket LSD's / Torsens vs. stock

What kinds of gains can be seen? I love the feel of the LSD pulling you around a corner, it was a new feeling to me to be able to actually give a little bit of throttle after going in too hot. Now that I'm used to it, I'm wondering just how much better other limited slips feel.

Do they just transfer more torque to the inside or what?

Clutch type vs. gear type vs. torsens, etc.
Kaaz vs. Quaife vs. ATS (I wish I could afford)...

Also are "gains" magnified with the presence of a higher final drive? I currently have the 4.785 in my itr.

Lay it out for me

well, i raced with a stock itr diff and it was good, but then i raced a friends car with a ATS 1.5 way LSD, and it was out of this world better. at that point, i made up my mind to break the bank and install an ATS lsd in my car. it is just that much better, i am practically unbeatable autocrossing now, well, unless you have a caterham......all of this i attribute to the ATS 4.9 gear and ATS lsd. ATS

oh, don't think i am just trying to make sales, if it didn't work, i would not be using it myself. swapping out a stock lsd for another lsd that is more expensive, wears faster, and has friggin really expensive oil changes is a tough pill for most to swallow, but it works. trust me.
