Default clutch engaging very early

My clutch all of the sudden feels like its engaging very early. As soon as I pull my foot away from the clutch it seems like the clutch is grabbing already and the engine will stall if i dont gas. After about 4-5 stops the clutch returns to normal. Then it happens again 30 mins later but returns to normal after 4-5 stops. I can feel little bumps as I am letting go of the pedal.

My car has 105k with stock clutch.

What year u got, Im not sure how relavent this will be to fixing your problem but if you have a cable clutch u can try to loosen or tighten the clutch. Im not quite sure but i guess it's a place to start.

first thing i would do is check the clutch fluid, and then maybe bleed it to see if that helps at all.
