i should hope its an integra, seeing as how your in the integra section asking the question:

have you taken a look at your spare tire lately? i bet its in a swimming pool.

if youve got that volume of water its almost definelty the sunroof drain tubes. if youve never stripped your interior before, nows the time to learn.

Coolant leaking on your carpet is caused by a bad heater core.

If your windows are fogging I would bet money its the heater core, doesnt always smell like coolant, got a buddy with a leak and his smells like syrup.Weird but true.

everyone i know with a dc had water leaks. if it's coming from the back then it's probably coming from your taillight gaskets or hatch seal. but i don't know if that'll let enough water to come in and soak your carpet.

the heater core is super unlikely, and if it is that, youll be leaking coolant, and your heat wont work.

i gotta say every case ive seen of water in the cabin has been caused by the reasons of my above post.

my water leak was so bad before i noticed it, my spare tire was chillin in a kiddy pool, and my back seat bottoms, and half my carpet all the way up to the pedals was soaked.

OP, have you checked your spare tire well?

Its either the tailight gasket, rear hatch seal, sun roof vent tube or seal, or in rare cases the door seals. Probably the sun roof seeing how its the front part of the carpet thats wet.

For your whole carpet to be wet, you have major issues. Is water puddled in your car? Typically it will not migrate from one footwell to another or from front to rear. Crank your heat on high with the windows cracked when you drive. You need to get that dry to find the leak.

Usual suspects:
AC evaporator drain tube
Sunroof drain tubes
Hood latch cable gasket
Missing rubber grommet
Tail lights

I just went through all of this for the last year or so trying to find all of the leaks and boy I had many. A combination of things were happening to me, my rear window sprayer was leaking onto the headliner causing mold, so I sealed it with polyurethane. The seam on the rear pass side wheel well was seeping water in when I would drive on the rain because the wheels would mist the water up into it, this was also fixed with the poly. Then my tail lights, these were the biggest ****. I managed to fix one of them by making a new gasket out of hobby foam but it didn't work for the pass side. I tried sealing it with poly calking, didnt work. I ended up drilling holes all over the bottom of the tail light so the water would pass through it and not collect in the light itself. The leak was somehow so bad the tail lights would fill to the brim then come sloshing out when I drove around. This collected in the spare tire area for so long until it rusted of the spare tire mount and I heard the spare flying around in the back one day. When I would brake or go down a hill the water would come over into the back seat soaking the seat bottom like a water fall then running down into the rear floormat area. Needless to say I will never own a DC again because of this headache of a water leak that every Integra I know of has.
