Default need help with b16 knock sensor

my 00 honda civic si is throwng code number 23 which is the knock sensor.. i found the knock sensor and there is one there but nothing pluging into it.. what should i look for? also is it ok to drive like this it seems to drive normal... thanks

find the wire that plugs in to it and plug it in the wire should be under the intake manifold

do u no where the knock sensor plugs into the ecu? i am just goin to run my own wire

Im trying to understand what you are saying here. First off is your car stock and is it a 00 si? it should already have the sensor plugged in to it already. if so like just said above you should look for a connector hanging loose behind the engine.
