hello i just bought a 2000 honda civic si and i noticed that the front left blinker does not work, but all the other ones do. the right side works fine but the left side blinker blinks REALLY fast but only the rear works. I tried replacing the bulb in the front and still the same problem, i cleaned the wire harness and snap seal and it seems fine. i checked the turn signal fuse (only 1 fuse for all 4 turn signals) and it was fine. what could be the problem? i havent checked the other fuses, could another fuse also control the turn signals? i tried looking for a fuse diagram but no luck. friend had a similar problem...ended up being the guy before had a alarm put in the car and left the parking light wire exposed... i would check for fuses...check the bulbs...and then look in the driver side kick panel...try looking for a red with black...that should be the parking light/turn signal...if not pm i got whole wire diagrams for that car

 

Using the right bulb? It should have dual filaments I believe. If so, most likely a wiring issue. If you can't find the problem, lay down new wire.
