Ive got a 97 ls OBD2 to OBD1 swap in my civic vx. Ive been having a few issues but i think they are all connected and just need some clarification. The car is running a stock vx fuel pump but with ls injectors. It keeps blowing fuel pump fuses and has really bad hesitation past 4000. Could this be a plugged fuel filter or is the fuel pump simply too weak? Not sure if the vx pump is different because of the weird emissions? Also running no cat at the moment and o2 works sometimes-ish. Need more coin for the cat and o2 but still wondering about the fuel system. Need help bad.

 

Any help would be great. Its my Daily so i gotta fix it quick
