I got a 90 civic ef 4 dr. Heres the problem fuel pump is working gettting spark to all cylinders and wants to crank but it has a fast cranking to it. Heres what i understood was the problem when i bought it was the guy was driving and it shut off on him then he got it started and drove a few more yards and it shut down again now the car will not start what so ever please all the help i can get would be greatly appreciated

i had the same problem with my b18b1 in my crx. got fuel and spark and had the fast spinnin of the motor. ended up being my intake cam a tooth off on the timing belt. i would check your timing. i dont no for sure if this is your prob but its what was wrong with mine with the same symptoms. good luck.

 

try your ignition module mine just did the same thing

 

Have you checked the timing belt?
