just went over to my buddies house last night to change out his iacv with a working on that i had. after pulling the ecu, out of the car to rest the system it was fine. now it's popped back up. you think it's a possible short in the system?

his ride is a obd2 civic ex 2000

 

if your sure that the iacv is good . i would get the wiring diagram and the specs for the voltage that should be going through the wire and check...check and see if the wire plug up to it is the right one also

 

yes i'm going to test the wiring this friday after work for him. sucks that i swapped it out and everything worked for a 1/2 a day... just seems weird...
