I'm trying to replace the stock speakers, and I can't figure out how to get them out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah. Great info.
First of all, a flat head screwdriver is not an acceptable prying tool. Panel tools exist for this purpose.
Second, you don't just stick it in there and start lifting. By doing this, you will break panels.
Stop posting nonsense like this around here.

I'm not sure what an EK coupe is (?), but if this is a 6th gen coupe, the proper way to do this is by removing the rear seats, rear quarter panel plastic, then raising the rear deck by compressing the friction tabs from underneath the deck (in the trunk).
You cannot remove the deck by prying it up with a screwdriver!! The rear interior needs to be removed first.
