WHICH CAR TO MODIFIY
OK I HAVE 89 CRX AND A 2005 CIVIC 4 DOOR EX SPECIAL ADDITION WHICH ONE SHOULD I MODIFY THE CRX NEED A LOT OF WORK BUT IT IS NOT A DAILY DRIVER SO I CAN WORK ON IT AND NOT MISS WORK, WHILE THE CIVIC IS. I WOULD LOVE TO MOD BOTH BUT THE BUDGET ONLY ALLOWS ONE. SO VOTE FOR ETHER AND I WILL MOD THE MOST VOTED

this isn't that hard to decide.. the crx... keep your daily driven Newer car stock. it will get you from point A to point B and keep you cool with AC. Crx is lighter, cheaper to work on. easier to swap a crapload of different motors into. the aftermarket support is HUGE for the crx.
so in other words. Modify The CRX!! leave the 05 civic to drive daily!

wow, one person answers and you make up your mind with that? i guess you didn't make up your mind though, h22crxpwr did. but i do agree the crx. since its not your dd.
One more for the CRX. As far as I know, the ONLY thing you can really do to the 2005 Civic is a K-series swap. And although this can make some SERIOUS power, it is going to be VERY costly - especially considering it will also need a mount kit. Also, because of the weight of the car, it is unlikely that even a good K-series swap is going to be able to make it as quick as, say, a B-series or H-series swap into the MUCH lighter CRX.
