hi guys.
I have a question about damping force adjustment. I have Tein SS EK4.
I don't really understand how should I adjust exact damping force?
What position I should set to have hardest setting. Should I turn max right to to have hardest setting or just 16 from the max left?


Please help me out with this!

Have you considered turning them all the way in one direction, driving the car, then turning them all the way in the other direction and driving it again to figure out which way is firmer and which way is softer?

 

I can't turn all the way in one direction cuz this may damage them! This is what Tein SS manual saids.
