Default EACV? problems... No CELs

so i swapped a d16z6 IM into my mpfi swapped b2 which was running the a6 IM... there are no CELs and no vacuum leaks.

I kept the a6 TB, caus I wanted to keep my map sensor where it was

we did the swap w/ a Hondata gasket, everything went pretty smoothly; we got rid of the dashpot because it was rubbing and causing idle problems (it was stuck at 2k); as far as I know the dashpot is just for keeping yr idle good in extreme weather and throttle blips. The EACV (or IACV) is what does yr cold start... I just hav to start it up with my foot on the throttle a bit, keep it at 2k for a few minutes and then b easy on it... but i would prefer to fix this as it is my DD.

any ideas?

I searched and the only strange loop hole is that Im throwing no CELs

Im going to check if power is coming from the sensor, if it is; then im assuming the eacv is broken.... unless any1 has better ideas or encountered this same problem.
