Also the passengers side looks a little yellower than the drivers what could be the problem and how can i fix both of these problems. any help would be great thanks

You've got Right Hand Drive headlights, so the step is going to be reversed from Left hand drive projectors...

LHD: ___/""""
RHD: """"\___

The main thing you want from your projectors is a flat output or ___/""""___/"""" or in your case """"\___""""\___, the problem is that the cut off is allowing more light up towards on coming traffic which means unhappy people if your headlights are aimed too high....
Also it looks like your driverside projector is rotated about five degree's clock wise... As for the output, if the bulbs are the ones that came with the projectors than I'd say the driverside bulb is newer and hasn't color shifted (new HID bulbs of 4100K~4300K are slightly yellow tinged till around I think 100 hours and then they color shift to a pure white).

The rotation of the Drivers side headlight is off. I dont know how that is possbile because it's not a retrofit, but looks like you are going to have to pull the headlight apart and check it out.

Easy way to test is to turn on the lights while facing a wall and then apply pressure against the AC line away from the light and see if it's changes...
