Here lately at low speeds (1st and sometimes 2nd) if I just roll on throttle in normal stop and go traffic my car wants to surge. No CEL's. Car is running fine and idles good too. When I stop sometimes in traffic the damn thing once in a while acts like it wants to die.

When it does surge the RPM's appear to not surge with the motion of the car. I did the normal checks to see if it is the clutch and clutch seems to be fine. The car has 61K on it. And bone stock. (CAI)

The only things I was "maybe" thinking is o2 censor or maybe something electric.

Anyone had this problem? TIA

 

Recent change in weather? If so, search for "map whack" or "map sensor".

 

It is a bit colder lately. And I searched "map whack" and "map sensor" but all I found was ppl talking about they did it. what is map whack???? Sorry for the newbertness...lol

Nope.. just your basic oil changes.

Now I did the typical Sensor Whack, cleaned my AEM CAI and the problem seems to be fixed.. Now I did look at my plugs and OMG! I def. need new ones. After I change my plugs I will update if the problem persists... Thanks for the help guys...
