Removing Front Sway bar... Need Help!
Hey guys,
I'm replacing my front driver side LCA, and I can't get my front sway bar off of the old LCA.
If I try to turn the nuts the whole assembly just spins, and if I try to hold one nut in place, while turning another I start to strip the nuts.
Can anyone help me out? this is a big pain in the ***!
This is on an EG by the way

You start to strip the outside of the nuts or the threads on the bolt?

i have no idea why you're taking that off to remove the LCA
the LCA completely disconnects from that arm without removing the sway bar.
or are you changing the whole assembly?
there are two bolts that hold the lca to that a arm thing, remove the one from the ball joint, and the one that attaches to the car and it'll slide out, and put on the new arm.

His reason for this.... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2214444
cut bolt at the nut, throw everything but the sway away.
buy poly setup from parts store for $20.

You got to love working on old rusty cars... I can't wait to start on my '93 civic project after just swapping a '00 Subaru that was in RI its whole life rusting away.
Once the nuts stripped you have to use a damaged nut/bolt remover socket or cut it off as said...

I was using a 1/2" wrench and socket, switched to a 12mm and it came right off...
